1. General Provisions
1.1. Individual entrepreneur Igor Arapov (hereinafter — the "Operator"), acting in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and administering the website https://arapov.trade (hereinafter — the "Website"), by means of this Privacy Policy establishes how the personal data of the Website's users is handled.
1.2. This Privacy Policy governs the handling of Website users' personal data. Its purpose is to ensure that users' lawful rights and interests are respected and that their rights and freedoms — including the right to privacy of their personal life — are protected when their personal data is processed. To achieve the Website's lawful objectives, the Operator may obtain, collect, organise, analyse, and store personal data and, where necessary, transfer it or grant access to it, within the limits set out in this Privacy Policy.
1.3. The Operator collects and processes personal data and statistical information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.4. Information about a User's personal data is treated as confidential and is protected by law. Its confidentiality may be lifted only in the cases provided for by the laws of Ukraine.
1.5. The Operator is entitled to carry out, with the users' personal data it has obtained, all lawful actions necessary solely to achieve the purpose for which the website https://arapov.trade was created and is used, as well as in the course of remote interaction with the User when providing services.
2. Definitions
- Documented information
- information recorded on a tangible medium through documentation and bearing attributes that make it possible to identify the information or its medium.
- Information
- data (notices, records) regardless of the form in which it is presented.
- Processing of personal data
- any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, including the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), erasure, and destruction of personal data.
- Operator
- a person who, alone or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data to be processed, and the operations performed on such data.

- any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject), including: the User's surname, first name, and patronymic; email address(es); telephone number(s); and any other data that directly or indirectly relates to an identified or identifiable natural person and identifies the data subject, which may be obtained in the course of providing services, as well as any other information supplied by the User on the basis of which the data subject can be identified.
- User
- a person who accesses this Website by means of technical devices.
- Destruction of personal data
- actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data within the information system and/or as a result of which the tangible media of personal data are destroyed.
3. Processing of Personal Data
3.1. The source of all of a User's personal data is the Website User directly. By completing the contact form or starting a conversation in any messaging app, the User thereby consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of the Operator providing services, as well as for the other purposes set out in this Policy or in the public offer agreement for the use of services.
3.2. When processing personal data, the Operator is required to take the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised, unlawful, or accidental access, as well as against the destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, or distribution of personal data and any other unlawful actions involving personal data:
3.2.1 limiting and regulating the group of employees/representatives who have access to personal data;
3.2.2 information security;
3.2.3 carrying out anti-virus control and preventing the introduction of malicious software (viruses) and software implants.
3.3. When determining the scope and content of the personal data being processed, the Operator is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of 29 July 2022.
3.4. The Operator takes the privacy of its users seriously and respects every Website user's right to confidentiality.
3.5. Personal data and other information defined by law are processed in electronic form for the following purposes:
3.5.1 contacting the User to confirm enrolment on a course;
3.5.2 booking a consultation;
3.5.3 collecting statistics on the use of the service and gathering feedback on the service provided;
3.5.4 contacting the User to provide information in response to their enquiries.
3.6. The User may be contacted by telephone call, email newsletter, messages in messaging apps, or by other means.
3.7. The Website User confirms that they:
3.7.1 provide accurate information about themselves to the extent required;
3.7.2 will keep previously provided information up to date should the need arise, including any change to their telephone number, email address, or other personal data.
3.8. The Operator processes cookie files in order to keep the Website functioning. They help the administration understand which sections are popular and which of the Website's features are useful and convenient — and which are lacking. These files are not intended to collect any personal information.
4. Access to Personal Data
4.1. The Operator seeks to prevent unauthorised access to the User's personal data.
4.2. The User independently controls the data they provide when using the Website. The User should exercise caution when choosing what personal information to share with third parties.

5. User Rights
5.1. The data subject has the following rights:

5.1.2 the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time and without giving reasons;
5.1.3 the right to require that the processing of their personal data cease, followed by its erasure;
5.1.4 the right to obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
5.1.5 the right to have their personal data amended;
5.1.6 the right to obtain information about the disclosure of their personal data to third parties.
6. Communications
6.1. By completing the contact form, the User consents to receiving information via the email address they have provided.
6.2. By following any link in the "Course Enrolment" section, the User consents to receiving information via the telephone number they have provided or by other means of communication.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time without any special notice.
7.2. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect once it is posted in the relevant "Privacy Policy" section, unless the new version provides otherwise.
7.3. Continued use of the Website after any amendments are made to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7.4. Any suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be submitted via the contact form or sent to the email address indicated on the Website's home page.
7.5. The relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of this Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable substantive and procedural law of Ukraine.
